Connect Smart Rooms to HubSpot

Smart Rooms lets you connect your HubSpot account so you can quickly find and use your HubSpot companies and contacts while working in your workspace.

Before you start
Make sure you have the required accounts and access.
  • You need a HubSpot account with permission to install and connect apps.
  • You need a Smart Rooms account.
How to connect
Follow these steps to finish the HubSpot connection.
  1. Log in to Smart Rooms.
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Select HubSpot and click Connect.
  4. Sign in to HubSpot, if prompted.
  5. Review the permissions and click Connect app.
  6. Return to Smart Rooms. The HubSpot status will show as Connected.
What data Smart Rooms can access
Only the minimum required data is requested for CRM workflows.

Smart Rooms uses HubSpot access only to support CRM-related workflows in your workspace.

Company records
Contact records

Smart Rooms does not request more access than needed for these features.

Disconnect HubSpot
You can disconnect at any time.
  1. In Smart Rooms, go to Integrations.
  2. Find HubSpot.
  3. Click Disconnect.

You can also remove Smart Rooms from your HubSpot connected apps settings.

Connection window closes but app is not connected

Refresh the Integrations page and try again.

Permission error in HubSpot

Ask a HubSpot admin to connect the app.

No HubSpot results in Smart Rooms

Confirm the correct HubSpot account was connected.
